  February 15, 2017 - I held on to this one too long. I'm generally a fan of Maybach Chardonnays, but this is past its prime. Orange-yellow in color with some sharp acidic notes on the nose. Flabby and viscous, with flavors of overripe fruit and earth. Still drinkable, but I'm really glad this was my last bottle.
