Community Tasting Note

  February 18, 2017 - Curious wine. Night one was just ok. Good nose of berry and wood. Taste was sharp/hot and that hid the fruit. Just got heat and tannins. I could tell there was something underneath however, just out of my perception, and I drank two glasses looking for it. Let the remaining half bottle sit on the counter for two days. Spectacular difference. Integrated, soft, and loads of structured fruit. Not sure how to rate this so opted to just write the note.
