February 23, 2017 - Dull and syrupy on the first night. Fireworks by the third night. Once it opened up, I got creamy pears, nut loaf, burnt banana peel, and sea shell. Some clear secondary notes compared to previous tasting five years ago. Delicious.

2/23/17, 4:39 PM - I had it with homemade Indian food...chicken korma...and it was great. Might also go well with Thai food or other spicey, lightly colored foods. It's a late harvest wine with some weight and sweetness. Like an off-dry Auslese. Enjoy!
