  March 2, 2017 - Engel and Truchot dinner at Jade Palace. Lovely start to the evening. Bright gold. Lovely nose of lemon, Chinese pear, green apples, flint, wet grass. Laser like precision on the palate, fantastic balance of young yellow fruit and searing acidity. Definitely got better as the wine warmed up in the glass. Good concentration and length. Impressive!
