February 17, 2017 - Rieslingfeier 207 Seminar:"Different Strokes for Different Slopes: Germany and Austria" (Craft Restaurant (Private Dining Room), New York, NY): Beautiful nose - big, some creaminess. Ripe and perfect with peach fruit, spice, almond cream. The palate shows the ripe peach, florals, honeysuckle - more burly, saline, and broth elements come out towards the end - tangerine, peel, lime and stones on the finish. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17/20.

3/10/17, 2:31 PM - Interesting that this is showing so well right now. My last bottle a couple of years ago was kinda closed. Any idea how much air this saw?

3/10/17, 5:27 PM - I think it was a couple of hours. The seminar was at 10:30am, and I think they said that they had been opened first thing in the morning or something like that.
