March 14, 2017 - Dried strawberry, flower shop, ripples of blue fruit, toasty oak and sun-drenched earth. Glamours and concentrated, the Grenache and Petite Sirah are evident and add so much depth; the finish cascades. Still latent and ultimately young, I would wait a few more years for this velvety, percolating goddess to come around. Decanted for three hours. Drink 2021 - 2036.

It was a worthy sacrifice! Tight, but stunning.
