  March 26, 2017 - Quite expressive nose of blueberries, dark cherries, smoky soil, bark and some nicely integrated old wood. Very delicate notes of fennel and rosemary. The palate has plenty of dark, mouthcoating, almost tarry fruit supported by an immense tannic structure which is just starting to mature. Good length, and definitely seems to have the concentration and structure for further ageing. Beautiful now, though, especially with food!
