  March 26, 2017 - As others have said, this was a tannin bomb. One of the driest cali cabs that I can remember drinking in recent history. Lots coaxing finally got to a deep, dark fruits plus some hints of cherry and smoky oak. Drank the other half on day 2 and it was like a complete different wine. Very open with immediate coffee and mocha on the nose, then plenty of ripe fruit flavors. Not overly complex for its price point, but definitely needs time in the bottle.
