  March 29, 2017 - Surprisingly big nose on this, reminiscent of NZ Sauv Blanc with grassy earthiness. But the pallet is quite different - thick, a bit oily, not the usual brightness/liveliness that I expect. I suspect this was put on oak, and a bit too long IMHO. Overall I enjoyed it, and it certainly improved once the food come out. But there are other Sancerre labels at this price point that are better.
