  April 1, 2017 - BA 2013/14, disgorged 9/16. 7grams dosage. Very inviting, no rough edges here. But not boring, rather a well designed "business card" cuvée, that should please most without compromising on quality. Nothing oxidative here, but a pretty nose with marzipan and red and green apples. Good nerve and persistence, where fresh acidity lifts the wine at the very moment I caught myself thinking that they could have held back a gram or two on the dosage.
