  April 3, 2017 - Pale gold, lovely nose of lychee, cocount, limestone and a whiff of peach. Very consistent palate with the nose, nice acidity and sweetness balance. Not quite the same intensity of some old world gewurz, but lovely and went beautifully with a spicy black bean crusted cod.
