  March 4, 2017 - Colour is a deep golden yellow showing some age. Ripe tropical fruit, lemon peel, petroleum and honey on the nose. Rich tasting with deep ripe fruit and some minerality, great balance between the acid and fruit. I've drunk 5 bottles so far and it's paired beautifully with spicy food. Delicious.
