  April 4, 2017 - My first Arcadian. Recently purchased during BD VIII. This had a cork which just did not smell right. The wine also opened up a bit off but seemed to improve with time. I don't think it's corked, but it just seemed a bit old and musty.
  Firm acidity and fairly full bodied for a pinot -- interesting.
  Old world in style, and not enough fruit for our palate. Well went with food though - easy drinking.
  An interesting wine, but I didn't find it worth the price of admission. Hopefully the 2008 is more to my liking.

  4/4/17, 6:22 PM - I have this (same source) but haven't tried either pinot. The Max Syrah (2004?) was pretty darn good and drinking really well, hopefully that's more to your liking.
