  April 13, 2017 - Dark opaque purple robe. One of the best noses I've had on a wine ever, blackberry, blackcurrant and milk chocolate from a few feet back. Nose faded a little in decanter. On the palate the tannins are chalky but present and there is a pronounced chocolate/espresso note with black and blue fruits. Stunning wine right off the truck, may be 98+ with a few years.
