Community Tasting Note

  April 21, 2017 - No formal tasting note- drank at first Passover dinner a few weeks ago with traditional fare- roast brisket of beef, beef meatballs etc.
  
  This wine showed amazing and to my taste is fully mature. Matched very well with the rich meat dishes .
  
  This wine is full bodied and has decadent aromas and flavors - candied red and black fruits, garrigue, herbs, tobacco etc.
  
  I would suggest drinking up as the wine seems very ripe, but wow- what a bottle.

  4/29/17, 7:23 AM - I just tried the first from my case tonight. Lovely balance now but secondary development still to come and at least a good decade ahead of it, more if stored in a cool cellar.
