    Bright and fresh, young fruit, oaky but not overoaked, chocolate feel, ripe fruited, black cherry, good acidity too. Young for sure but approachable and probably better now than in the future. A modern mid range Rioja with all its good and bad. Felt like an 87-88

    1/8/18, 6:42 PM - Haven't tasted the '09, but '06 is just opening up. Modern - yes, but typicity (if that is a word) is beginning to come through as well.
