  May 29, 2017 - Finally drinkable. Smooth and creamy; luscious with rich seafood - lobster, crab, scallops, with just enough acidity to avoid being unctuous. I so wish I had waited on the previous bottles that were so horrible as to almost give up on this wine. Definitely needs the bottle age, at least with my palate.
