  June 2, 2017 - Classic Chablis.....showed the richness of the vineyard yet maintained crisp minerality. Very enjoyable with grilled Spanish octopus and still has a future although I would suggest drinking one now. Personally, I think the wine is close to a peak but will hold for a couple of more years.
