June 3, 2017 - Red cherry and raspberry flavors, nice acidity, has a core of earthiness and minerality that stays in the background. This is a subtle, elegant wine. At the top end of what I'd expect from a $20 bottle of Burgundy. Nice find by Garagiste. Paired with grilled chicken legs done with a spice rub.
