  June 11, 2017 - The profile of this one was very consistent with my first try of it in '11. Popped and poured. Nose of dried cherry and cranberry were met by a flat palate. Feared this one was over the hill but it rebounded nicely with air, showing lovely dark cherry notes, a bit a stems and spice. Saved a couple glasses for day 2, and the nose took on a cherry liqueur note but the palate was mostly flat. This one has largely been one note for me, and can't see this gaining in the complexity department. My last bottle and glad to have had it while there's good fruit left.
