  July 5, 2017 - Wife, Mother-In-Law (whom I like) and I drank 2 bottles before, during and after our 4th of July meal consisting of sous vide ribs finished on the grill, wife's great baked beans and an excellent potato gratin. Excellent wine which stood up to the savory food. Divine nose, solid mouth feel without any hint of heat from the relatively high alcohol. Lingering finish. Liked it a lot.
