July 15, 2017 - Yellow-gold with a subdued nose reflecting a certain maturity at its young age. Flavors exhibit more lees contact and lactic acidity than fruit, but the finish is round, full and creamy, along with an apple-tart finish. At this point almost like a full-bodied still Champagne. Better at room temperature than cold, a wine that demands food. Tasted several times: The more I taste it the more I like it. (Certainly superior to the 84 that Roger Voss gave it in Wine Enthusiast.)

12/31/17, 5:17 PM - Thank you. Your review is a great example of one that is helpful. We are letting the wine warm up a bit and it is tasting better that the we first opened it and getting ready to enjoy it with some appetizers. Cheers!
