  July 21, 2017 - Nicely mature, with good acidity and a quite smooth mouthfeel, although a slightly grainy and drying tannins makes for a rather rustic finish. Complex with meaty morello fruit, earth, iron, mushroom and a bit of sous bois. Showing a tiny bit of oxidation on day two, but still delivers much of what I look for in a twenty year old burg.
