This note is really impressions only as I'm catching up on CT updates from past bottles - but very nice nose, hint of eucalyptus on cherry and dark chocolate. On the palate, tannins have disappeared the perfect amount for me, leaving a very nice balanced palate with long finish and the juicy acidity I remember from when this was young still there, but as they say, greatly reduced in circumstances... As a side note, interesting to me that the bottle is a smoky gray glass instead of the usual green/brown.
