  May 15, 2017 - Fattoria Paradiso (Bertinoro - FC) (Bertinoro (FC) - I): Garnet red.
  Very fine and complex tertiary nose: milk chocolate and tobacco. Humus and undergrowth. Coffee.
  Dry, alcoholic. Well balanced, with a surviving acidity, a living tannin and vivid minerality. Great Vintage.
  Closing with chocolate notes. ****1/2
