  August 11, 2017 - Signorello Estate (5 course lunch food and wine pairing) (Signorello Estate): A blend of 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Semillon. A yellow straw color with scents of candied orange, honey suckle and grape fruit. Nice crisp acidity and flavors of crème fraiche, grape fruit, tropical fruits and some mineral notes. The wine complimented the dish, which was a pan seared jumbo prawn with fennel, lemon and capers. The dish really made the wines tropical notes and acidity pop. Score 91
