  September 1, 2017 - Opened a bottle last night with chicken marsala. It was super tight on the opening and needed lots of air. After a two hour decant it really developed into a beautiful wine. This was my second time tasting their Armstrong offering, and I recalled it being the most approachable of the new single vineyard offerings - however, on its own it is still young & tannic and needs at least 3 years of rest to further integrate. It paired very well with the meal and our guests loved the wine! I'm planning to buy more and save them.
