  September 4, 2017 - Still a bit wound -- decanted for 30~60 minutes before drinking, then consumed over 2~3 hours. Could have used an extra hour up-front or another year, but taste profile similar to other notes - a bit of oak that needs some fat for it to cut through. Would gladly enjoy again.
