A typically full and rich Bollinger, but with low acidity and energy and very evolved for a ten year old Grande Année. After the rather weighty 2005 and a 2004 that lacked a bit a concentration, this is again somewhat underwhelming. We have to go back to 2002 for a truly outstanding Grande Année.

9/28/17, 7:15 AM - While I appreciate that 2007 isn't exactly a great year, is this one worth grabbing for early drinking? I mean can I use it to keep my hands off my 2002s?

9/28/17, 8:14 AM - @Slimes: yes, you can definitely drink this now. In fact, I don't think that this will keep for very long. I should add however that I am not one of those who like to drink their Bolly very old, when it has turned into sherry with bubbles;)
