    October 4, 2017 - This is still a solid 93+ and on its way up. Has traded in its thick p-coat for a suit but still has all the muscle underneath. Its far more elegant, refined, and sexy, while youthful and light on its feet. This is shaping up and shedding fat. I like it now with lots of air, and again, I think that this is very much in line with the 1996 vintage at this stage...can drink but I still think its a strong Hold

    10/4/17, 6:47 PM - Thanks for the note. I had several of these over the last five years thinking they'd be entering a good drinking window only to be disappointed. Never been a bad bottle, just underwhelming. I'll wait another year or two to drink my last bottle.

    10/4/17, 8:37 PM - I think that we are all different and wine is very revealing of our individuality. That's why we can't fully lean on critics and what keeps the secondary market chugging along. Thanks for the reply and I hope your last bottle is spot on!
