  October 9, 2017 - This one had prominent salinity with green apple, lemon-lime, and at warmer temps, a nice peach note. Had a few glasses left for day 2, and the salinity was much less prominent, which was a good thing as it had been a bit distracting. Really good acidity too. Enjoyed this though more so on day 2 when the salinity was more integrated.
