  October 10, 2017 - This is the last bottle of 2011 de Ladoucette that I have and it was excellent. Shared with three others and everyone remarked how good it was. I am surprised that a Sauvignon Blanc is this good after six years. Beautiful floral aromas with citrus and somewhat dry, refreshing, and a variety of fruit throughout the pallet. Consistent, complex, refreshing. Ladoucette is one of the best producers in France and I highly recommend their wines, whether Pouilly Fume or Sancerre. The 2011 is about as good as it gets and there is no need to hold it further if you still have any left. Wonderful.
