  March 31, 2008 - straw to golden color unusual of many pinot gris. Green apples, pears, and a slight honeyed aspect on the nose. The finish is short, and it is somewhat off dry though its bone dry at the end. A little leesy and spicy, but again green apples show through, With some interesting meyer lemon zest in there as well. A hint of tropical pineapple in there too. For 12 bucks, this was a very good (although somewhat unusual- not all in a bad way) wine. Would get it again, but would also think the drink it sooner rather than later.
