The medium-bodied, ripe and oaky wine benefited from aeration, but the oak was very dominant at the wine’s current stage and I will hold on to my other bottles for a while to see how the wine develops.

11/12/17, 1:56 PM - Ich fand, der 2008er erreichte dieses Jahr sein optimales Trinkfenster. Diese allzu eichenlastige Vanillesoße war wie weggeblasen und hatte sich in Genuß verwandwelt. Wenn der 2010er ähnlich ist, könntest Du vielleicht 2019 nochmal probieren.
