  November 13, 2017 - Sublime beauty. What a difference 2 years makes. Splash decanted at our French restaurant.
  95% mature dark ruby with no sediment, this offered a fantastically complex, layered nose of black cherry, spice and dark berries.
  We could ascertain no shortcoming whatsoever so delightfully agreed perfect score is merited.
  10-20 years of amazing drinking ahead but why wait?
  If a date, this was a 25 year old Ivy League scholarly intellectual who moonlights as a lingerie model when not speaking at academic conferences.
