Delectable Blue Likes this wine: 85 points
November 7, 2017 - This wine is a real enigma. It looks and tastes like a ten year old Hunter Valley semillon. Bright golden in colour, rich ripe melon fruits, backed with a lick of honey. There is also a malolactic like creaminess to the mouthfeel, despite the lack of oak treatment. There is medium acidity and a very light salinity on the finish. Intriguing.
So if you want to try an aged Hunter Valley semillon, but don’t want to wait, just grab one of these. :-)485 views
