  November 24, 2017 - Aroma: licorice, earth, rose leaves,
  Medium-bodied with excellent acidity and firm and tight tannins. Great structure.
  Excellent length with a perfect sweetness in the finish.
  
  Not decanted, clearly a mistake. Last bottle four years agog (2013). Not much has happened since then, but the primary cherry fruit has fader quite a bit. Luckily I still have two bottles left. Preferably keep, or do lengthy decant.

  5/4/21, 1:35 AM - Hi Kim, I just drank my only bottle and thought you might be interested in knowing that it is still a little early for the wine. If you still have your other bottles and they are stored well, I suggest you give them another three or four years to round off the last edges. Cheers!
