  November 26, 2017 - Every year, I have a white wine that I cannot get enough of. This year it is the FMC. It has good acidity, but a slight sweet hit from the botrytis. If it was any more it would put me off for this style, but it is just right. Good complexity and stone, grapefruit and a little grass. Yum.
