Community Tasting Note

  November 26, 2017 - Bright golden amber in color. Viscous, syrupy texture. Stone fruit and honey notes predominate. Very sweet, some acidity cuts that down but could stand a touch more to my palate.
  
  Drank with a wine group at dinner alongside a Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey sauternes, paired with a crème brûlée. The Kracher always has those who love it, but I thought the somewhat lighter (in all ways) sauternes was drinking a bit better and was a better pairing.
