  December 9, 2017 - Garnet color, opaque, slight haze and bricking to the edge. Smells are leather, currants, blackberry, caramel, and black olive. The tastes are currants, earth, blackberry, hoisin, black olive, anise, and dark chocolate. The tannins are resolving and there is a little heat on the finish. Very pleasant drinking now.
