    12/9/17, 7:42 PM - Should add...bought directly from the winery and stored in perfect conditions. Pulled bottle from cellar 24 hours prior and let stand. Temp was around 65 when opened which was too warm as the alcohol stood out. Decanted and put in ice water to lower temp. Fruit had dissipated and was disjointed at first but with time the layered flavors emerged. Still something was left to be desired. The nose was muted too, which is what I love most about these wines.
