Community Tasting Note

December 11, 2017 - Decanted for two hours. Color: dark purple-red for a Bourgogne. Nose: a green note, like from a green branch of bush. Taste: clear, quite powerful fruit with cherries and some redcurrant. Firm, with a rather powerful acidity, quite a lot of tannins which seemed of good quality. At the third day young mushrooms in the nose. The taste was still quite tannic, with a bit of licorice and blackberry. This wine is young and needs another two years for integrating the fruit, acidity and tannins, but after about one hour in the glass it showed itself a really promising wine. 89-90+.
