  December 12, 2017 - Typical left bank. easy to identify here.
  Medium toasted oak, dark fruit, great depth of flavors. perfect balance..
  
  I can drink this all day. called early 2000s, but turns out it's 1989. wow.
  
  after 5 hours or so, the fruit started to fade. I would give it a quick decant and watch it evolve in the glass..
  DELISH.

  2/21/18, 11:14 AM - Interesting I had to give my 750 2-3 hour decant. I couldn't drink at 1 hour. It was unapproachable. Bottle variation maybe.
