  December 18, 2017 - Dull and rather one-note upon opening, but blossomed after four hours of air into a panoply of electric flavors, savory, sweet, even a little umami in the tobacco notes. It's long, layered, delineated and fully exhibits the silken elegance that is the hallmark of these wines. The only negative was the confected nose. It never really came around and remained boringly one-note throughout the evening.
