  December 21, 2017 - On day 1, straight out of the fridge it was closed and one dimensional. Left to warm slightly, the wine opened and started to show glimmers of hope. Day 2 and this is really on song.
  
  Just ripe apricot, rockmelon and mint. Flavour descriptors are fine, but this wine is all about the texture and interplay of acidity through the palate. A lesson in line and length. Sauvignon Blanc rarely reaches such heights.
