January 15, 2018 - There’s been some development since my last bt. This wine is starting to brown at the edge and the nose is a mix of savoury and red fruit notes. In the mouth it’s still assertive, proud and earthy but there’s been a softening of the profile, some perfume/floral notes mixed within the vegetal/savoury base. I really liked the earlier bottle and love the effects of a bit more age. I wonder where this wine will end up?
