  January 22, 2018 - I opened this tonight to reflect on the passing of Bruno Giacosa. He has made many of the finest wines to come out Piemonte. This bottle is a very Burgundian expression of Nebbiolo. Tannins are mostly resolved, with lip smacking acidity and sappy red fruits. Just gorgeous. Glad I have more.
