  January 23, 2018 - A really good wine that showed best on day 1. Early on the nose was like "walking through an open air market in Provence" with notes of fresh herbs, flowers, fresh dark berries and earth. It shut down for a period after that and came back after 2 hours to show more kirsch liqueur and dark berries and earth.
