  2/2/18, 9:44 AM - Thank you! This was our first bottle of six purchased. Had scallops thawed for dinner. After a pre-taste of the wine, I made a cacio di pepe style pasta dish full of fresh tarragon to go with the seared scallops--the way that spoke to the herbaceousness of the wine and the sweet strawberry fruit spoke to the sweet scallops--one of the best things I've had lately!
