  February 8, 2018 - Clear, pale ruby.
  Crisp acidic line, cranberry, sour cherry, slight earthiness, twigs
  Reasonable length, slight bitterness to the aftertaste
  Still young but fell apart on day two suggesting a more short term prospect - 2-4 years.
